Our course covers all four modules of the NESA HSC Chemistry syllabus, ensuring no stone is left unturned:

Module 5: Equilibrium and Acid Reactions

We explore static and dynamic equilibrium, factors that affect it (Le Châtelier's principle), and the intricacies of acid/base reactions, including the use of indicators and calculating pH.

Module 6: Acid/Base Reactions

This module deepens the study of acids and bases, focusing on quantitative analysis through volumetric methods like titrations. You'll master calculations involving molarity and stoichiometry.

Module 7: Organic Chemistry

From hydrocarbons to polymers, you'll learn to name, draw, and predict the reactions of a wide range of organic compounds, understanding the chemistry that shapes the world around us.

Module 8: Applying Chemical Ideas

This module synthesises your knowledge, applying it to analytical techniques like spectroscopy (UV−vis, IR, NMR) and the chemical analysis of inorganic and organic substances.
