Role description
As a tutor you’ll teach students, mark homework, track progress and work within a broader team. We support growth and merit-based advancement; Tutor is the starting point for our senior roles.
Minimum requirements
- NSW HSC within last 3 years with high performance in subjects you wish to tutor
- 6 hours/week during school terms + extra 3 hours during Term 3
- Strong communication skills
Key attributes & responsibilities
- Explain concepts consistent with Intuition methodology
- Run tutorials and help students learn from mistakes
- Mark homework & provide feedback (per Intuition & NESA)
- Supervise study sessions and exams
- Communicate and collaborate with teams and students
- Guide students through our weekly 3-step cycle
- Strong understanding of the HSC

Role description
Supervise and coordinate reception, admin, student aid and junior HR. Best for proactive, detail-oriented team players who love learning.
Minimum requirements
- Two×8-hour shifts/week minimum (full-time available)
- NSW HSC within last 10 years (advantageous)
- Vibrant, hospitable personality; strong communication
- Team-oriented with a high propensity for learning
